He showed me how to raise & lower the blinds as there is now a plastic safety feature attached. Cam also pointed out the best way to open the verticals to avoid a problem. The cost for the entire process was extremely reasonable. I would definitely recommend Bold Blinds for new window coverings as the experience was very professional and impressive.
