I cant say enough good things about this company. 3 years ago we installed solar powered motorized blinds in our large living room window. They look fanastic and they fit like a glove. Layne was awesome and very reachable through text. About a year later, one of the motors failed. I reached out to Layne and the motor was replaced within a few days. Which brings me to today. For some reason both motors are not responding to the remote. Layne was right over troubleshooting. Although, he was not able to figure out the problem, he sent a tech over who also did not know why the blinds weren't working. They said they have never seen this problem and I accept that electronics are prone to problems when it comes to wireless technology. There is a tech coming today to replace both motors and Im confident the problem will be solved. Layne has provided fantastic customer service for a job he did 3 years ago. Bold Blinds clearly stand behind their products and value their customers both past and present. One of the best customer service experiences I can honestly say Ive ever recieved.

Serendipity is real. I called one blind company and they didn’t answer and that’s the best thing that could’ve happened because then I called Bold Blinds and the results are absolute perfection!

Aaron worked with my schedule and was prompt and efficient. Once the measurements were taken, he said the lead time was 3-4 weeks until installation that’s exactly what happened! Tori was also great keeping me informed of progress and coordinating the install time.

Cam came by for the install and it took no time at all. They even corrected the bathroom blind within days as it was cut too long for the window.

The best part is they look like part of the window frame. Super low pro and non-intrusive.

Top notch all the way around! 5 stars, highly recommend!

I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience in dealing with Bold Blinds.
Layne brought samples to my newly renovated home and with his expertise & guidance we had all the blinds (horizontal & vertical) picked out in 1 hour. He was able to point out advantages of a certain style of blind dependant on the window & direction it was facing. I only had to wait 3 weeks for the installation. Then along came Cam exactly when he said he would be here. He did the install flawlessly in 3/4 of an hour. He took all the cardboard containers with him when he left. He showed me how to raise & lower the blinds as there is now a plastic safety feature attached. Cam also pointed out the best way to open the verticals to avoid a problem. The cost for the entire process was extremely reasonable. I would definitely recommend Bold Blinds for new window coverings as the experience was very professional and impressive.
